How to Make Sandwich
How to Make Sandwich is a recipe for when I’m craving something delicious but don’t want to bother cooking. Make the egg salad for a little while in the refrigerator, so you can grab it for a sandwich in the next two days.
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
4 pieces Ham
6 pieces of cheese
2 pieces of bread
1 whole Tomato
1/2 small, thinly sliced lengthwise cucumber
Cook the bacon on the grease or in the oven until very crisp. Transfer to paper towels for the drain.
When tomatoes are ready, toast the bread. Put one tablespoon mayonnaise on each side of the toast. Separate the lettuce into 2 pieces of toast, tear them to fit. Divide the tomatoes over the lettuce, then divide the bacon onto the tomatoes, tossing them to fit. Cut the turkey over the bacon.
Carefully lift the piece of bread on top, the turkey side up, and place the other top of the bread slice. Finish the third slice of bread by topping the mayonnaise side down. Gently press on the sandwich to compact slightly.
Using a toothed knife, cut the sandwich diagonally into 4 pieces. Save each quarter with a toothpick if you wish.
